1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using CapitalDesignz services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

CapitalDesignz provides professional website design, development, and ongoing maintenance services. Our services include:

• Website design and development
• Monthly care and maintenance plans
• SEO optimization
• Content updates
• Technical support

3. Project Scope

Revision Rounds

Each project package includes a specific number of revision rounds:

• Launch Package: 2 revision rounds
• Business Package: 3 revision rounds
• Pro Package: 5 revision rounds

A revision round includes design changes and adjustments to your website. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges. Content updates, bug fixes, and technical support are separate from design revision rounds.

Project Timeline

Typical project completion time is 1-2 weeks, depending on complexity and client responsiveness. Timelines may be extended due to:

• Delayed client feedback
• Scope changes
• Content delivery delays
• Technical complexity

4. Payment Terms

One-Time Build Fees

• Build fees are due before final website launch
• Payment plans available (50/50 split, 3-month, 6-month installments)
• Late payments may result in service suspension

Monthly Care Plans & Subscriptions

Automatic Recurring Billing: By selecting a monthly care plan, you authorize CapitalDesignz to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Subscription Terms:

• Monthly care plans are billed monthly in advance
• Subscriptions begin automatically when your website launches
• Your payment method will be charged on the same day each month
• You will receive an invoice for each monthly payment

Payment Authorization:

• You authorize us to store your payment method securely via Stripe
• You authorize recurring charges for your selected monthly plan
• You are responsible for keeping your payment method current and valid
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Subscription Changes:

• You may upgrade your plan at any time
• Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing
• Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
• Plan changes can be requested through your client portal

Cancellation Policy:

• Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to services through the end of the paid period
• Website hosting continues until the subscription end date

Refund Policy:

• Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable
• No refunds for unused time or services
• One-time build fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Add-on services are non-refundable once completed

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely feedback and content
• Maintaining domain registration and renewal
• Maintaining a valid payment method for subscriptions
• Backing up their own content and data
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to their website design and code
• Clients retain ownership of all content they provide
• CapitalDesignz retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolio

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

CapitalDesignz provides services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted website availability
• Error-free operation
• Specific search engine rankings
• Specific traffic or conversion results

8. Limitation of Liability

CapitalDesignz's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Data loss
• Third-party service failures
• Force majeure events

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Outstanding payments become due immediately
• Client receives all completed work
• Monthly care plans end at the current billing period
• Subscription billing stops at the end of the notice period

10. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By using our services, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. CapitalDesignz does not store credit card information on our servers.

11. Modifications to Terms

CapitalDesignz reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
