Capital Designz (“Capital Designz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, request a website demo or quote, become a client, use a client or sales portal, communicate with us, or otherwise use our services.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

We may collect information you choose to provide, including:

  • Name, business name, email address, telephone number, and mailing or business address
  • Project details, service requests, preferred dates, notes, files, website content, and communications
  • Account information used to access a client, administrator, or sales portal
  • Billing information, invoice details, subscription selections, and payment status
  • Feedback, support requests, revision requests, approvals, and other project records

Please do not send domain-registrar passwords, payment-card numbers, or other sensitive credentials through ordinary forms, email, or text. When domain access is needed, we prefer provider-supported delegated access or another approved secure method.

Information collected automatically

When you use our website or portals, we and our service providers may automatically receive:

  • IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and language
  • Pages viewed, links selected, referring pages, timestamps, and general usage activity
  • Authentication, security, error, and diagnostic information
  • Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies needed to operate sessions, remember preferences, protect accounts, and understand website performance

Publicly available business information

To prepare personalized demonstrations, evaluate prospective clients, or conduct business outreach, we may use publicly available business information such as a business name, website, public telephone number, business email, service area, published services or prices, and Google Business Profile information. A demonstration may use publicly available facts and may include AI-generated or properly sourced illustrative media. We do not represent generated or stock images as a prospect’s actual work.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested demonstrations, proposals, quotes, or services
  • Design, build, host, maintain, and support websites
  • Create and manage accounts, projects, invoices, subscriptions, and client communications
  • Process approvals, deposits, payments, refunds, and billing records
  • Send transactional messages, project updates, support responses, and service-related notices
  • Conduct lawful business-to-business prospecting and honor do-not-contact requests
  • Generate or improve website copy, layouts, images, and other deliverables using service providers, including AI-enabled tools
  • Secure our website, prevent fraud or abuse, diagnose errors, and enforce our agreements
  • Analyze performance and improve our website, services, workflows, and customer experience
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment processor. Payment-card details are submitted directly to the payment processor and are not stored on Capital Designz servers. We may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, card brand, last four digits, billing contact information, and related records needed to manage invoices, deposits, subscriptions, disputes, and refunds.

Your payment information is also governed by the payment processor’s privacy policy.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:

  • Website hosting, database, authentication, storage, and infrastructure providers, including Base44 and its underlying service providers
  • Payment processors, including Stripe
  • Email and communications providers used to deliver confirmations, notifications, or project messages
  • Google services when we retrieve or display permitted Google Business Profile information
  • AI and creative-service providers used to assist with authorized research, copy, layouts, images, quality review, or project work
  • Analytics, security, debugging, and fraud-prevention providers
  • Contractors or representatives who need information to perform work for Capital Designz and are expected to protect it
  • Professional advisers, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and property
  • A buyer, successor, or other party involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate protections

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use essential cookies and similar technologies to operate authentication, security, forms, preferences, and other website functions. We may also use analytics technologies to understand traffic and improve performance.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent account, portal, or payment-related features from working properly.

6. Website Demos and Public Links

A prospect demo may be accessible through a unique public link only after Capital Designz approves it for sharing. Public demos may display publicly available business information or information supplied for that purpose. Lead forms submitted through a demo are delivered to Capital Designz and may be associated with the relevant business opportunity.

If you own or represent a business shown in a demo and want information corrected, removed, or made private, contact us at hello@capitaldesignz.com.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining project and billing records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, enforcing agreements, and satisfying legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and our obligations.

When information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These may include encrypted connections, access controls, authentication, service-provider security controls, and restricted administrative access.

No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

9. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Request access to personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion
  • Request a portable copy of certain information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • Opt out of marketing communications or business outreach
  • Appeal a decision regarding a privacy request where applicable

To submit a request, email hello@capitaldesignz.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message, when provided. You may also ask us not to call or email you for marketing purposes. Service, billing, security, and project communications may still be sent when necessary.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website and client projects may link to third-party websites, booking systems, payment services, social networks, maps, or other services. We are not responsible for third parties’ privacy, security, or content. Review their policies before providing information.

12. International Processing

Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers of personal information.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. We will post the revised policy with a new “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through email, account notices, or another reasonable method.
